General

Gigtime is a time tracking and invoicing app built for freelancers. Track time with a simple entry grid, a real-time cross-device timer, or both — then turn those hours into professional invoices. It works on iOS, Android, and the web with real-time sync across all your devices.
Gigtime gives you the flexibility to track time your way — log hours in a grid after the fact, use a cross-device timer in real-time, or combine both. Plus, free invoicing is included on every plan, something Clockify and Toggl don’t offer. We focus on simplicity and the complete freelancer workflow rather than feature bloat.
Absolutely. Gigtime was designed to fill the gap left by AND.CO’s shutdown. We offer the same entry-based approach AND.CO users loved, plus a real-time cross-device timer, built-in invoicing, and true multi-platform sync. If you’re looking for a simple, modern alternative — you’ve found it.
Yes! Gigtime is live now. The web app is available at app.gigtime.app, and native apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android are available for download.
However you prefer. Use the entry grid to log hours after the fact — great for end-of-day tracking. Or start the real-time timer that syncs across all your devices. You can mix both methods freely. There’s no wrong way to use Gigtime.

Pricing & Plans

Yes! The free plan includes 2 clients, 1 project per client, unlimited time entries, invoicing, the cross-device timer, and real-time sync. It’s free forever — no credit card required. Every new account also starts with a 30-day Pro trial so you can experience the full feature set.
Gigtime Pro is $4.99/month or $49.99/year (saving ~16% or about two months free). Pro adds unlimited clients and projects, reports, CSV exports, an ad-free experience, and priority support.
Every new account gets a 30-day Pro trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. After 30 days, you can subscribe to Pro or continue on the free plan. No surprises.
Absolutely. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically switch to the free plan. You won’t lose any of your data.

Platforms & Technical

Gigtime is available now on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Your data syncs in real-time across all devices.
Your data is stored securely with row-level security and encrypted connections. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) for the backend, with automatic backups and industry-standard security practices. Your data belongs to you — we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
Pro users can export time entries to CSV, filtered by client, project, or date range. This makes it easy to share with accountants or keep personal records. We believe your data should always be portable.
Gigtime uses Supabase Realtime to keep all your devices in sync instantly. Log a time entry on your phone and it appears on your laptop within seconds. The timer syncs too — start on one device, see it running on another. No manual refresh needed.
Yes. You can request account deletion from your account settings at any time. All your data — time entries, clients, projects, invoices — will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request. This action cannot be undone.
Yes, we have a notification center in app with either email or push notifications sent. This will include daily reminders to log your time, timer notifications, and helpful nudges to keep you on track.

Roadmap & Future

Team features including shared projects, organizations, and admin controls are planned for version 2.0. Right now, Gigtime is focused on being the best solo freelancer time tracking tool available.
